quoted for immediate sale and will be honored for 7 days. All prices are

Terms:
Standard terms are credit card (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal).
Shipping:
Marine One Services, Inc. ships via every major
carrier. Shipping charges are billed at published rates (available on all
carriers’ websites). Third party billing is available for most carriers.
Please note all lost or damaged third party shipment claims must be initiated by
the third party account holder. Please contact

international shipping rates.
Warranty/Return Policy:
MARINE ONE SERVICES, INC. offers a
return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete
in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be
returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable
unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should
be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number,
please send an email to or call 321-783-8117 and be sure to provide the original
invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned
merchandise may be subject to shipping fees and a restocking fee of up to 15%;
please contact us for details.

for typographical errors. Prices may change at any time. Shipping weights are
actual weights and express shipments may weigh more or less due to dimensional
weight calculations.

Job Estimates:
It is based off of the prices given on one or all of the following: Materials,
parts, labor, and/or equipment. Prices may vary depending on circumstances not
visible; any additional labor, hardware, materials, parts, equipment, or
miscellaneous items needed to complete a job. Marine One Services, Inc. will
not be held liable for invoices/bills of any other service or assistance; or
delays caused by back-orders, shipping, and/or freight. We will not assume risk
on other services required and hereby hold Marine One Services, Inc. harmless in
all such respects, in all instances other than gross negligence. Marine One
Services, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or limit this job for any
misconduct, abuse, non-payment, and/or negligence on customer’s/owner’s part at
any time. If items are returned for reasons other than defect, manufacturer
and/or shipping error, customer will be liable for shipping return and re-stock
cost estimated at 5% - 10% cost of item.
A deposit for the cost of parts is due within 48 hours of the signed/estimate or
prior to order.
Parts will not be ordered until deposit(s) are cleared. Final
Payment must be submitted upon receipt.
A credit card will be provided and charged if payment is not received within 5
business days. We cannot guarantee a completion date if weather is an issue.
We will do the best we can to accommodate, communicate, and negotiate.
CREDIT CARDS WILL REQUIRE A 1.9% FEE FOR PROCESSING.
